Using our extensive retail database, we target brands based on project positioning, merchandise mix, and competition.During client presentations, our leasing managers outline the benefits and opportunities of the project. Tenants can arrange site tours to learn about the market and specific locations. A budget and merchandise plan are agreed upon before negotiations begin.

Project Pre–Opening

We take charge of the handover from the contractor and oversee tenants’ fit-out. We manage the defect liability period, marketing, grand opening events, staff recruitment, and training. Additionally, we handle operating supplies, equipment, facility management, security, and pre-opening activities. We assist the owner in obtaining necessary licenses and approvals, ensuring a smooth project handover.

Phase 5

Project Operating & Management

The Manager is responsible for providing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and controlling the leasing process, lease administration, and tenant relations. They handle design guidelines, leasing agreements, tenant sales monitoring, marketing, events, finance management, facility maintenance, and license renewal. The owner retains responsibility for accounting, bookkeeping, procurement, HR, IT, and operational systems.
